🤖 Your Personal AI Assistant Just Became Your Morning Briefing (And It's Free Right Now)
Google CC: New AI Assistant Just Became Your Personal Productivity Manager
Hey there, tech lovers! 👋
Google just dropped something that’s going to save you hours every week, and honestly? We had to tell you about it immediately.
Meet CC: Your AI Productivity Sidekick 📧
Google Labs just released CC, an experimental AI agent powered by Gemini that does something pretty genius—it emails you every morning with a perfectly organized rundown of your entire day. No manual setup. No complicated workflows. Just pure automation magic.
Here’s what it actually does:
✅ Reads your Gmail, Calendar, and Drive
✅ Pulls out everything important (meetings, deadlines, overdue bills, etc.)
✅ Sends you a “Your Day Ahead” briefing each morning
✅ Drafts replies and creates calendar invites for you
Think of it as having a personal assistant who wakes up before you do and hands you a perfectly organized game plan.
The Best Part? It Actually Takes Action 🎯
CC doesn’t just tell you what’s happening—it does things for you. Need to reply to an email? It drafts it. Need to schedule something? It creates the link. It’s basically eliminating the boring stuff so you can focus on actual work.
And if you don’t like how it handled something, just reply to the email with feedback. Over time, CC learns your workflow and adjusts accordingly.
Curious about how this compares to other AI productivity tools? Check out our full analysis in the blog:
How to Get Access (Important!) ⏰
Here’s the catch: CC is in early access right now (launched December 15, 2025), and it’s only available in the US and Canada.
Priority access goes to:
Google AI Ultra subscribers (first)
Google One paid subscribers
Everyone else (waitlist)
Not a paid subscriber yet? No problem. Jump on the waitlist at labs.google/cc and you’ll be among the first to get it when it rolls out more widely. It’s completely free to join!
Why This Actually Matters 💡
If you’re drowning in email, constantly forgetting deadlines, or spending your first hour every day just organizing your day, this is the tool you’ve been waiting for. The fact that Google built this with full integration to Gmail, Calendar, and Drive (the tools you’re already using) means CC actually understands your real workflow.
This isn’t just another AI agent—this is AI that actually saves you time instead of creating more work.

The Bottom Line 🚀
Don’t sleep on this one. Head to labs.google/cc and claim your spot on the waitlist today. Early access is free, and if you’re already a Google paid subscriber, you’re at the top of the priority list.
Your future self will thank you.

Pretty great stuff. I love automating the boring stuff :)
Phenomenal breakdown of CC's agentic workflow! The feedback loop mechanism is what seperates this from passive AI tools. I've been testing similiar setups with Zapier+GPT and the manual config overhead is brutal, so having Gmail/Calendar integration baked in saves weeks of tinkering. One angle worth considering tho is how CC prioritizes which emails/events actually make it into the briefing, most execs dunno what they need til they miss it.
