The advice to start with just 1-2 tools instead of downloading everything is underrated. I've seen people get excited abot productivity tech and then burn out on managing all the tools before they even get value. The bundling suggstions at the end are smart—Otter + Notion + Todoist for meetings is basically a workflow I stumbled into after lots of trial and error.
